Wrong OTA guide info

Who do I have to talk to about an OTA channel having the wrong guide info on my Hopper. This was also the case on the 922. Topeka's KTMJ Fox is showing the info for KSNT NBC. When I watch OTA on my TV's tuner, the info is correct.

Hi Dustin, guides are updated by Tribune Media, but I can submit a problem report for the guide showing incorrect data. If you could send me a private message with the following information I can get that submitted.
From the system status screen (menu button twice) I need the Receiver CAID, Smartcard ID.
I will need your zip code.
what is the guide showing right now for that channel and what is actually on.
When did this start happening?
