Where's Fox?

Does anyone know what happened to Fox News Channel on AMC 4? It's been replaced with the Weather Channel, does anyone know if that's permanent?

When you guys talk about certain channels on FTA such as FNC and the Weather Channel. Is this hd or sd version??

The ones discussed in this thread (FNC & the Weather Channel) is SD and on Ku-Band.
There is one (FNC) in HD on C-Band still ITC....
