You have to press tech support, or something else to get you a CSR, then tell them you want to disconnect. They will have to send you to the customer retention people.
You can also just not pay your bill and it will get shut off eventually but I would not recommend that as they will send the collection agency after you.

But thats one way to do it, and after they shut you down just call and pay the remaining ballance to close out the account. This way your not owed money!
David - When you do cancel, make sure to tell them the real reason(s). The more people that do that honestly will help them to understand the ways they need to improve.
