I watched it last night, the movie is great if you like special effects, vampires and werewolves, not to mention Kate Beckinsale, damn she's gorgeous, as was the PQ. I was in awe at the picture quality all the way through this movie. I have an LCD projector, which doesn't have the best blacks in the world, and this was a very dark movie, but the images were fantastic.

Finally got a chance to watch. Overall it is was a fun ride with good CGI and yes Kate looks good. Picture quality is good and dark scenes abound in this movie.

I thought the effects were good. The movie itself sucked I thought it was some of the worst acting I have ever seen especially form the brides of Dracula.

I agree. Effects were well done, but the rest of the movie sucked.
