Does anyone have a list of channels uplinked but not available. I guess MSG HD is uplinked right now. I wonder, how many more channels are?

Comcast Sports Net West (Sacramento), Altitude Sports, MSG, Fox Sports New York, Fox Sports Bay Area, Comcast Sports Net Mid Atlantic, and Fox Sports New England are all uplinked in HD but not available.

Is this only so they can air out of market NHL & NBA HD to the rest of the country?

Do we have any shot of getting MSG & Fox NY HD added as rsn's in NY?

Not sure what you mean by enabled? They have been there for quite some time.

Don't know. The channels advertise they have programing. Not sure what Dish is doing with channels.
