Yes, no problem. You should be able to use the 60CM dish with no problem. I ordered the 75cm and regretted it; I thought it was a waste of money. I was getting most transponders in the high 70's and mid 80's on both sats with the 75CM...it's my understanding that is excellent signal, as good as some get in Canada, and I'm further south than you are.
Should you decide to go with the 75CM, KUSAT offers an upgrade.

I still wish that I had took his advice and got the 60cm. That 75cm was too much dish for 2 sats.
Since this guy is concerned with the owner, there is no way I would recommend a 75e when a 60e will work just fine.
