Question about E* sat launch?

How does D* get their sat up for lauch before E* when E* was supposed to launch last November? Does not both D* and E* use the same folks for placing their sats in orbit? If so, it looks like D* is going to blow E* right out of the water.

This was planned. The Sea Launch failure / explosion only delayed these launches not to mention the launch vehicle itself having failures. The industry has been delayed all around. They aren't getting it up before E*, the delayed schedule is only being followed now. E11 is right behind D11 which will go to 110 freeing up E8 for some other purpose; maybe the launch of Dish 2.0 as planned so long ago now! ;0
