Question about 811 and vhf hdtv signal?

This is the 2nd time I've posted this question but the 1st on didn't show up on this forum, go figure. Will the 811 receive a vhf not uhf signal in hdtv? My local abc only transmits its digital feed on vhf. Thanks for the info.

Yes it will, but getting VHF, especially low band (2-6) is a real pain in the a**, doesn't matter who's STB you have.

tell me about it the nearest abc transmitter is located 38 miles from my house all the other hdtv feeds are only 14. Thankx

I wonder if that is an ABC thing.. same is true in Dallas, though it is in the VHF Hi band (9) so it isn't difficult to pick up.
