Before November comes around am going to sign up w/ Dish. I have the equipement and from my understanding I will NOT be eligible for any promos. Being said, would there be a way to get a freebie or promo out of Dish upon activating an account? IE- Top 200 is going to be 60$... kinda pricey to am hoping Dish my throw me a bone or something.
