PQ Quality issues with France 24

Could someone with International news package and/or french bouquet check France 24 and France 24 English, they seem to be jerky audio/video on both. I wanted to make sure it wasn't me before I contacted Dirt.

Not part of my International World pack so I can't check. Probably worth contacting DIRT to see if it is a known problem.
