Nyc locals in hd sat 72.7

Hi I curious about nyc locals in hd on sat 72.7. The uplink data says they are now available... Who are they available to? How does one get these? Thanks

You can get them if you have an Eastern Arc dish and you call Dish to add these locals to you account if you are eligible.

Not known yet, technically available, ,but not being used. From the latest news, very few people will ever get them outside of the NY DMA (Which already gets them from other Sats/transponders), RV's, or people who are not served locally by a network.

They're not meant to be used as locals for the NY DMA, but as a Distant Network service for those in white areas not served but a particular network and for people in RV's

I called american Direct they dont Offer them so who does one call?
