Multiple diplexers on one circuit?

My house is currently set up with a Vip722k dvr. I am running a coax line to the shop in my backyard with tv2. Can i add in the uhf signal with another diplexer in the house? My setup already has a diplexer for the sat in and Vhf out.

It can be done, and you'll need two more diplexors. It's called double diplexing. One to add in the signal, the other to release that ota signal to connect to either the tv or the receiver if it has that port on it.
I'm working/driving today so I can't really draw a diagram right now, but you might have to experiment with different configurations until you get it right.
