Minneapolis HD Locals

Are the Minneapolis HD locals going to be on 129 or 61.5? My guess is 129. Does anyone know for sure?

Hopefully, Detroit will be on that 129 as well. Chicago and Nashville HD locals are on 129 (for reference). Detroit should be then too.
