ITVN payment question

With ITVN out of business, am I within my rights to stop all bank payments to them? I still have several months left. I can not find my terms and conditions. I am on the free box offer for 12 months. Your help will be appreciated. Thank you.

are you getting the service that you are paying for ?
If not - they broke the contract ... and you can stop.

edit - are you 100% sure that they are out of business ?

ITVN is not out of business, although they are indeed on deaths door.

My ITVN box is still working.
