Hopper with Sling Upgraded to S512

I got it, the change log looked weak. Waited a long time for this? Seems only changes were to OnDemand stuff, which I don't use

Check out name based recording on OTA sub channels. Its fixed. S446 on the H2K.

I thought back in the spring it was said the next release would have some level of Hopper tuner/timer integration. We have had at least a couple of releases since then.

I got S506 on my HWS. I guess they skipped over S507-S511, because they had too many bugs. I will probably get S512 in another month or two. I hope they address adding individual OTA channels and fix the recording OTAs.

Are you sure? I am able to see the version number of both my Hoppers with Sling on Dish Anywhere.

On Dish Anywhere, got to settings, then receivers. The software version is listed there.

From my understanding it went out to a small batchof folks... so if you got it and notice any bugs be sure to post them here to SatelliteGuys as DISH will be watching.

I notice that OTA Timers from the guide work again! Yeaaaa!!!!!
