Hopper: Timers, GONE, Settings GONE...

4 months of timers and settings are gonzo! I called Dish, no way to get them back. I thought all the critical settings were stored on the remote or online. I'm not a happy camper right now! This it total BS!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't a backup of timers and settings on the remote have to be done manually? And if so was it done in this case?

My system backs up to my remote nightly it seems as when I looked just now the last backup was 7/29 at 1am. I have not had this issue with the loss of timers here.

I was able to restore my guide view and channel locks from the remote. My 50 or so timers are toast.
