I don't see what the charges are based on. If that article is complete, they don't seem to have a leg to stand on. Gotta be hard to make THAT case. And paying sales critters 6 figures says more about Wealth TV than cablecos.
Nobody needs to carry a channel just because it's available. Certainly not under "Free today with an obligation to carry later at a price to be determined later."
