HD/SD Recording Question....

I have a 622. If I record a SD (4x3) program from a HD channel, does it use more hard drive space than if I recorded the program from a SD channel? Thanks in advance.

It does not matter if is an sd or HD programing. If you record the HD feed of an sd programing, the space taken up one the hard drive will be that of an HD program.
