HBO free preview

Just noticed this was available while locking out the NHL channels. Is it just me, or could Dish improve on providing notification of these events?

I never got notice from my cable company on these type of things either... at least with beng here you can see it on the uplink reports

The HBO free preview, unlike the Showtime free preview last week, does not include any HD.

Yeah, you would think that Dish could put a message available feature in these units. Comcast does it around here to announce new channels and such.

HD is showing up in the guide now as a preview channel.

Free Previews is pretty good about announcing all the previews. Next weekend is a rare preview of Cinemax.
