FYI: RTN technical problem?

Lost the programming on a few of RTN channels (i.e. WNGS, KWCE), only the logo is there on some of them...

Was the same for the OTA WNGS. Hawaii Five-O started, then black screen with only the RTN11 logo, then latter Hawaii Five-O came back on.
