FSAN Wisconsin & The Big 10 Network

The following is an E mail I sent to Dish Network.

It deals with FSN Wisconsin & The Big 10 Network.

As you read it, from bottom to top, you will see the standard answer dealing with the Big 10 Network. I kind of expected that.

However, they apparently had no knowledge of "FSN" Wisconsin, as a dedicated RSN.

How is that freakingly possible?????????????

"Thanks for the email and your programming questions. Right now, we do not have any information regarding the addition of a FOX Sports station that is dedicated to Wisconsin. I would direct that question to FOX, they may be able to better answer that question. "



"Although we have been in discussions to add the Big Ten Network to our programming lineup there has not been a definite agreement. Because this channel does not launch until late this summer we do not have any further details. More specific information should be available closer to the launch date."

When will a dedicated channel be set up for Fox Sports Wisconsin? Currently, we are saddled with Fox Sports North. Being a resident of Wisconsin, we really have no interest in Minnesota sports. It would seem that you could simply transfer us from Channel 436, to our own dedicated channel. That should eliminate any band width problems.



Secondly, The "Big 10 Network" is coming on line sometime in August. I, like anyone else in the upper midwest, will be more then willing to pay the extra fee to see this programming.



Please do not disappoint, as I believe you will be losing subscribers if this is not implemented.

I guess Dish could just raise everybody's rates in the 8 BT states by $2 or so - and give it to them and the rest of the world who don't care.

I don't see Dish adding FSN Wisco soon. They show the games right now. Its like FSN Houston & FSN Utah & FSN Indiana...they're just part of a bigger FSN (in FSNWisco case FSN North)
