Found RTV DALLAS

It isn't on KLDT as RTVs web site lists. I found it on K31GL-D channel 31.4. Channel line up dosen't match RTVs website but bottom right corner does have RTV logo. I don't know if this is new but it is to me.

looks like it just started a couple weeks ago
On May 19, 2009, subchannel 31.4 began broadcasting AMGTV. On May 13, 2010, 31.4 switched to an affiliate of the Retro Television Network.
