Class action ain't happening; I'm sure somewhere in that 500pg contract we 'sign' there's a clause that Dish can add/delete channels willy nilly
What difference does it make?Who the hell wants PPV coupons.

Read the DISH contract and get back to us on that. Why do you think DISH is obligated to provide OTA guide data?
You are not out of a contract. You simply can go somewhere else without a termination fee. As long as you have service the contract still stands.Please, Tampa don't be that thick headed about this. Give the customer a REFUND. Give the customer a PPV coupon. KEEP the customer. This should be what does DISH need to do to make the customer HAPPY. CHARLIE is not going to lose any money on this local deal.

Use PSIP. I know, I know....Guide data for a channel is included in the contract for that channel. When there is no longer a contract then Dish can no longer freely provide that guide data.
How about dish break off the locals from the core packages like they use to . Then break it into pay per local station . Then they can show how much each local station wants and claimed this how we keep the station on air for you so you don't complain about them being shut off. If you want cheaper price call the station and complain or put up an outside antenna. Don't forget local stations have a choice, provided for free or ask for money and as you can see they are greedy and all ask for money. If they ran their stations better they would not need to ask for money like years ago. Also someone does need to pay to get the signal to dish. And lets not get into abc and nbc O&O stations tied to cable network.. My 2 cents
