Dish location install question

My dish 500 was installed pointing just over the power where it connects to my house. I'm coming back to dish and getting installed next week and I'm wondering if the close proximity to the power line can cause interference and/or a pq issue.

Should not be an issue, I would just run the satellite feed wires atleast 12 inches away from any electrical cables.

Claude is right the power lines will not pose a threat.

Thanks. Just wanted to be sure. I didn't have the greatest picture the last time I had dish, but i don't think the wiring job was all that great.

Since you say the power line are not a problem then I will have the 1000 mounted in place of the 500. I assume it will use the same mounting hardware.
