Its been available for the past two days online. I use webmon to monitor it and lately it has been available more often than not.

Now I just have to figure out how to justify to the wife that I want to buy another $1000 receiver and the NFL sunday ticket. I sure wish they would let us still only sub to the Sunday ticket but you have to get a minimum programming pack.

As far as I know, you can get the NFL Sunday Ticket by itself, I know that's what I do and have done for the lats 3 years

I called D* a few weeks ago and they said that their policy had changed regarding that. Now they require a minimum package with it - I think you have to commit to a year also

Yeah, the HD-TiVo's seem to be getting more readily available. We actually finally have more coming in this week than what we have people waiting for. It's an odd feeling really.
