CW or Mynet in Conus?

Hi. Is there any city, if any, that carries MyNetworkTvin HD or The CW also in HD in conus either in Dishnetwork or Directv? All the ones I've seen are in spotbeams.

Dish Network has the superstations on CONUS, CW and MyNet

ohh duh, my fault for not reading. Well you can "move" to St. Louis, they have the Big 4 plus CW in HD on 118

Well considering my HD locals (Charlotte), are on 61.5, 118, and 129 , I don't think Dish minds duplicating locals. I would imagine they would stay for a while.

Not on E*, but D* has my CW and PPS in HD. Hmmm, Why am I still with Dish?
