Tampa is using SARA and as stated in other places, it has not been upgraded since the 8300HD was rolled out - though it must be prior to March of 2007.
I would be surprised if Central Florida had an upgrade when Tampa has not.

Maybe I'm wrong but Central Florida most likely would never get the same updates as the Tampa Bay system. The reason for this is that I believe the Central Florida system uses Passport instead of SARA software. They still use the same Scientific Atlanta boxes but the platform is quite different.
Correct there was a HUGE uprade on the passport sytem probley the biggest since i been working here. It accutly changed to "Avia" or some crap like that from the regular passport I think it has to do with pioneer selling the software? Just rumors ive heard but it does have the new name.. could be just the distro of the passport we use now I guess
