Birmingham CW21 HD Issues

Have notice this problem the last few months. Periodic blackouts on national and local broadcast. Last for 1-2 seconds and will happen 8-10 per half hour. Can't get OTA to see if it is a Directv or WTTO problem. Anyone else?
