Since it appears that the Austin HD Locals are going to be on 61.5, and my dish is pointed at 129. How soon should I call and have Dish repoint or add a wing dish? Also what should I tell them to get them to come out and do this?

You can do this at any time but they will charge you to do this until such time they offer locals on the 61.5 for you. Once they are available they will come do this free.
