Add banner

Im not sure if its related or not but since the banner add for the satellite tax act from sbca was put up in rotation it seems like I have had problems getting a page to refresh to a new link should I click one, has anyone else noticed this?

I've noticed this too, often get Time Out could not connect to Sat guy's, please try again.

That said, I have not noticed that it is anything particular causing it.
It seems to happen when I hit submit when posting and it hangs when refreshing the page to bring up the next page.

Also, it is very intermitant ....

Its been pretty consistant with the satellite tax action banner for me, not sure if it has anything to do with the above average amount of graphics on it or where the banner is actually hosted such as with those qwest imbedded adds that I found issues with during my down time in the land of non pub membership.
