4th leased Reciver from E* 211k

Well Just added my 4th receiver From E*. I got a Vip 211k to replace my D* D12. So now I have 722,622,612 and a 211k.
So much for the 4 tuner lease
It cost me $25 installed and 24 month commitment, + a $7 per month price hike. But I like the New 211 better then the old Silver one.
But aside from no OTA,being slightly smaller ,and Black. Whats All the Fuss about the "K" models?
I plan on turning it into a DVR, But just would like some tips on equipment to buy to do it ,as well as whats involved in hooking it up. I have a hard drive,for my 622 already , so that $40 activation fee was paid for my account, But does that cover 211's??

The 211K does have OTA... Im watching it right now.

211 Value

The value in the 211's to me is being able to pay a one time $40 fee that allows you to activate the DVR feature on all 211's in the household by attaching an external hard drive.
