For a H10 to receive OTA you need an over the air antenna(TV) and it needs to be subscribed to programming from Directv which means a minimum of the 18" dish aimed at 101.

I didn't know that they needed to be authorized, like the H20 does. So I guess I was right all along, but only because of Rocky and Bullwinkle (sheer, dumb, idiot luck!)
