    Losing heat at 1:30, 173F pork, 167 ham, pulled from smoker (wrapped and coated with BBQ sauce about 12:30)moved to oven and got both temps to 201/203 left at that for a few minutes then let rest. After an hour I pulled both ending up mixing, pretty good!

    Three crunch wrap tacos; corn tortilla with cheese inside flour tortilla spread with sour cream. Toasted in air fryer for 3 minutes and added lettuce, more cheese, and topped with pico de gallo...Sweet Tea.

    The batch I'm eating now pretty much follows above recipe, added sliced potato cooked 6 minutes in instant pot with butter on top of while draining while grinding... tasty.
