How long you've been a customer helps Vedhead, just curious how long you've been with D*. Based on my personal experience, that helps. Add that to the fact the more you subscribe to, the better chance you have for a good deal on the HD-DVR

I've never heard of the HR21. What's going to be different about this model as compared to the HR20?
