My “signal lost” issue is fixed, thank you brittanygarden

Never heard speakers click before while downloading an update but it sure is this time.

I’ve since noticed that while what i said here still holds as true, and while the guide tells me there’s signal loss and i cannot watch my locals and cannot pick them through the guide, i can manually type the number on the remote and tune into the channel just fine. Eagerly looking forward to 391.

Never mind lol but maybe i have a different problem. Satellite is locked with good signal strength, but i am told i have no satellite signal and can only stream channels.

Already noticed an improvement with this update but I’ll give it a week to see if that’s a fluke or not.

Got H380 this morning

Huge upgrade, I love this. Edit: Wish the sound was 5.1 when applicable but the picture quality is higher than that of what's on the satellite.

They all just came back right now.

CSR does not seem to be aware of an outage, they're treating this so far like it's my box but you all are having issues too.

Not Philly no but my DC locals are entirely out too. Like you, all my other channels are fine.

Also not having any issues with 376.

am on 375, had a torrential rain which came and blocked out reception, this kicked in and worked but the box crashed 5 min later

Semi-necro bump, the Hopper 3 that was sent to me also constantly reboot and I put off trying to figure out what was going on with it for a while. Then about 2 weeks ago, an HDMI switch I was using basically died (no video), and after removing that from my setup, the reboots stopped. I guess...

Ended up reseting to factory defaults today after a hunch, Hopper never would make it past the locking into the satellites stage. Tech support is sending me a different hopper, it rebooted on them while they were remoting into it.

I'm just shitposting about the number, don't mind me lol

can't wait for H369, I will never upgrade from that
