I cancelled Dish in 2003, I called them to reactivate my account (HBO Only, no package) they offered me all new customer deals. I declined, stating I wanted to go month to month only with owned equipment and no package.. but your statement is incorrect.

If I plug a disnetwork receiver into the DirecTV 3 slot dish with built in multiswitch, would it at least receive 119? There are NO receivers connected to this dish, this would be the only receiver.

No, I did not power off the receiver. (There was only one connected.) Getting 0 on all three sats bypassing switch and all cabling (connected direct to dish.)
