After going inactive, my 622 goes dark and will not return to normal service unless I unplug and plug back in. Called dish and after a few minutes with tech support she said "we're having a problem with the 622's and are working to resolve" She wouldn't give me any more detail than that...

I'm trying to setup a receiver at my in-laws RV park so they'll have TV for the summer... I purchased a new 311 receiver, and grabbed the old dish that was used at my house to point to the voom satellite. My first question - the dish only has a single LNB - will this even work? 2nd question...
