I've heard from a person with knowledge of the deal that Dish maybe buying out Directv. I'm sure this has been discussed but I just thought I'd ask if it were true.

I recently upgraded from a 322 to a 625 DVR and ever since then I seem to have lost about half of my signal strength. From around 55 to 60 (before upgrade) all the way down to like 34 on average now and when it rains many times it's down in the single digits (with the infamous missing signal...

Looking through my dish listings I see a number of channels with the "We're Moving" signs. Cspan2 being the one that stands out. Can anyone with a bit of knowledge give me or anyone reading this a complete recap of what's happening on this day?

I just upgraded to the 625 DVR and after less than 24 hours my remote goes dead. Works the tv fine but doesn't work the reciever at all. Other than calling Dish for a replacement is there any quick fixes for this FRIGGIN annoying ass problem?
