Can you specify a date for cancellation to take effect? IE: end of month instead of the day you call

I just upgraded my phone and turned in the old one. My Dishanywhere app will not let me authorize the new phone because I have reached my limit of 5 devices. One of the devices is the old phone. Is there anyway to de-authorize a device? Randy

Does anyone know if a UHF Platinum remote can control TV2 on a 622? I have tried changing the remote code on the platinum but it doesn't control TV2. I know that the 622 TV2 remote is UHF Pro and the Platinum is just UHF. Sorry I searched and can't find the answer.
