We are trying to re-align our dish and are running into a problem. Per the 1000.4 manual we are aligning Tuner 1 on 119, Transponder 10. The max signal we can get is 30. We can run a Check Switch with no errors. When we cancel out of the Check Switch, Receiver 1 is on 110 and says Wrong Sat...

Hello, We have a 1000.4 dish currently with the WA 3LNBF attached. Our receivers are one Hopper and one Joey (Hopper is working but the Joey is not and I know what that problem is, just haven't fixed it yet...trying to fix one problem at a time). I'm sure my problem is due to lack of knowledge...
