Had installer this weekend. Failed to install VOOM.He used my Dish Satallite which Set at 61.5.Getting Signal in Mid 90's. When he Hooked Voom Reciever (to same DISH sat LNB set) he was only able to get signal low thirties. My Dish is in clearing with window between trees. He left saying...
