Hey there....had the same issue on mine. Set it to 21 and all was well. The installer noted that certain tv's, particularly Sony's ( like mine ) needed to be set to 21 in order for clearer pictures. Thought it was an interesting random fact. Not sure how true it was, as I think thekrell's...
