Do TW's HD boxes that don't have DVR have HDMI inputs?

I called in the area I love in which is New York, they don't have it. Even though I remember watching it when they had it for free for a week.

Thanx for the help, that sounded very informative. When I switch over to HD-DVR box. Will that affect the regular SD channels?
