I didnt. My mind was pretty much made but still surprising not 1 single offer to stay i took the free dish with primestar promo way back in the day.

Just got off the phone closing an account ive had for over 20 years with practically all movie channels etc..mind is blown they didnt give me one single offer to stay..$100+ a month for 20 years means nothing??!! Absolutely mind blowing to me.

I sadly had to make this decision last week.. i got a locked in 4 life promo via Suddenlink and i could not say no..save $50 a month and go to 100mbps to 400. I missed my HBO and fox regional (thunder Up)!

Surprised Dish is promoting hbonow on the slate. Just giving your a-hole competitor free advertisement. Seems like they did give up but why the free advertisement?? Charlie works in mysterious ways.

Sadly this is almost a total NBC fault... It is very clear if you watch the NHL Network enough that they block any Fox Sports logo with their network logo during highlights/live games. If the game is live and on a NBC regional they gladly show the NBC logo by moving their NHL network logo down a...

Removing a channel altogether due to a contract issue is one thing but not giving any mail(e-mail or snail) about what is happening to your package is absolute garbage.

well i enjoyed 1 block of 6 months of HBO for $7.50 now its just $5 off/$10 total when you go to remove it in programming...i had the $10 for life got greedy tried to remove it and offered me the $7.50 once.

Tulsa does not have that bad of an accent...Now i won't lie we do say "Yall" round here but compared to overseas or memphis it really is not all that bad. Sadly most of these jobs are almost guaranteed in the retention dept according to Tulsa World.
