What time will this channel be live?

Can anybody tell me normal signal strengths for thr 99, 103, and 110. My 110's are all in the upper 90's but my 103's are in the 70's. My SWM reads in the the upper 90's as well. Reason being is I am having a lot of rain fade on my HD channels Thanks

Just wanted to say I am so happy to be back with Directv. I wasn't able to get the Genie so I went with the HR24 DVR and 2 HD receivers. My question is how big is the hard drive in the HR24 and is it expandable with the use of a external hard drive?
