According to http://www.nba.com/nba_tv/ there should be a free preview of NBA TV going on during those dates. Is Dish network just not participating in this free preview? It appears that there is no free preview of nba tv on Dish Net... eh... why? Cause charlie is cheap and would not allow...

Finally we got SNY... I had to call dish network today to get this network though... but I’m not going to complain about that…Anyway I am happy that Charlie finally came through for us NY sports fans... Maybe YES network will be next... ;)

I recently emailed them and I am still waiting for the reply....probably going to get the same generic one you got. I called Dish and the Indian dude who picked up the phone put a request for me for SNY. I'm on the "SNY request list" similar to the “YES network request list” they put me on...

First YES now SNY... Charlie appears to be anti NY... I will be shocked if SNY magically appears on my guide tomorrow. SNY not being on Dish may be the last straw for this five year Dish Net customer... :mad: Mets Opening Game starts in less than 21 hours...will cheap Charlie get this deal...

Bottom line is that Charlie is cheap. However he doesn’t seem to have had problem picking up the brand new rsn for Denver (wonder why ;) ) but when it comes to NY...its too expensive for him. NY area subs should drop dish and go to DTV. Dish Network needs to take a big hit in the NY area; only...

Your lucky, because even if I would get the baseball package from Dish; i wouldn't even get to watch any Yankee games because all the games are blacked out in the nyc area. Too bad they have to black out all the games in my area. If that wasn't the case I would have had no problem ordering...

The facts speak for themselves... Hopefully Charlie will come to his senses and finally add this network after four long years. Dish must stop surrendering the NYC/NJ/CT area to DTV....
