People keep saying that D* will call. Didn't Chicago start doing the upgrades? I live here and I haven't gotten a call. Am I wrong about them rolling it out already?

Last night I was flipping channels on my H10 (mostly between the HD channels and the NY network feeds). Seemingly every other time a flipped channels (and sometimes even when I kept something on for an extended period) I would lose audio. It lasted between 10 and 20 seconds each time. I know...

I called to complain/get an answer for the audio lag as well. I got transfered to a couple differnet people, the last of which said that they know there is a problem, it is a broadcast problem, and they are working on it. They also said there was nothing they could do for me.
