Can I use a multiswitch as a splitter so I can record a show while watching another?

I got the upgrade!!! Somewhere between 5-7 on Oct 18!!!

Just wondering. I am still waiting as of 10/18/2005.

It is 10/18/2005 the update is supposed to be today. Nothing as of 8:19am eastern.

DTV is still better than cable. My local cable company makes DTV look like Santa Claus. 10-17 at 12:42PM no upgrade yet!

Nothing as of 10-17!! I have read that some people have tried several d10-300 boxes and the same thing happens. Oct 18 is what I have found to be the date of the upgrade. We will see. The wait continues...

We are in the same Boat bscott. They have been giving me the runaround. They have no clue what they are doing. Meanwhile I cant use my superfan interactive features through week 5 so far. The wait continues...

I emailed them and here is the response, "Some new DIRECTV Active features are now available on one or more receivers in your home. However, DIRECTV Active features for D10-300 are not yet enabled, but it will be later this year. In order to receive equipment upgrades for your DIRECTV D10-300...
