I read all the threads. Someone recommended buying a AirTv dual tuner adapter from the AirTv.net website for $29. I did it and it fixed my OTA degradation issue watching on my Joey's and recordings. Worked for me. Just replace your Dish dongle with this. Thanks to the folks who recommended...
