What online features do you mean? And what receiver do you have? How is your receiver connected to the net?

Your best shot would usually be here, but you're going to have to be forthcoming with information about your setup. That's where DISH network has an advantage: they know what you've got and whether or not it is Internet connected and functioning properly.Does anyone know the best way to get tech support for this.
